I Have Mobility Issues, Can I Still Use Wakeout?

Yes. Wakeout is built around moves you pick for yourself, and plenty of them can be done sitting down. You choose what sounds good and skip anything that does not.

Ways to make Wakeout fit you

  • Seated moves. The Sitting group is made of moves you can do in a chair, including arm moves, leg moves, and seated boxing.

  • Gentle options. The 60+ Club is labeled low impact, gentle, and at your pace. The Mobility group focuses on flexibility and range of motion, and Pain Relief has moves for back, neck, and shoulder stiffness.

  • Pick your own mix. In Settings, under Your Mix, you can add or remove the kinds of moves Move Now draws from (keep at least three). If something does not suit you, take it out.

  • Short and easy to stop. Moves are quick, so you can do one, rest, and carry on with your day. There is no quota.

A few honest notes

Wakeout does not check your abilities or adapt moves to a specific condition, so you are the expert on what feels right for your body. Move at your own pace, skip anything that hurts, and stop if something does not feel right.

If you have a condition or an injury, or you are not sure whether a move is right for you, please check with your doctor or physiotherapist first. This article is general information, not medical advice.
