A Wakeout pack is a small set of movements with one mood or purpose, made to be played in a minute or a few. Some have a dozen moves, some more than a hundred, and you can do as many or as few as you like.
Packs come in every flavor:
Energy: a wake-up, a pick-me-up, a bit of jumping around.
Relief: gentle moves for a stiff neck, tired shoulders or an achy back.
Calm: slower moves and breathing to unwind or settle in for the evening.
Flexibility and mobility: stretches that feel good.
Play: dance packs, silly packs, packs you can do with a cushion or a water bottle.
Voice-guided: Movement Therapy packs with someone talking you through each move.
Places and positions: packs for the desk, the couch, the kitchen, bed, the car or standing in line.
Every move is shown in a short video so you can follow along. Packs are different from the camera-based Movement Games, which use your phone or Mac camera and your whole body as the controller.
